As a commenter I tend not to give concrit anymore, and that applies across the board from fanfic to fanart and podfic.
Apart from a word misspelled or a missing word or something obvious like that, I rarely feel 'qualified' to leave concrit on fic, I don't know how to articulate what I want to see most of the time. The podfic world is the place where I feel comfortable kind of opening that discussion both as a giver and receiver of concrit.
